✨ What’s the difference between Somatic Renewal and Reclamation Sessions?

Somatic Renewal is intuitive massage & bodywork focused on nervous system healing, relaxation, and reconnection.
Reclamation Sessions are fully clothed, co-created, and consent-based. They may include verbal guidance, boundary work, or non-sexual touch—only with your full, enthusiastic consent.

🕰️ What’s your cancellation policy?

Please give at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Sessions canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled, with the exception of emergencies. In the event of an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.

🧖‍♀️ What should I wear?

For Somatic Renewal, you will undress to your comfort level in private, as this is a massage type offering. You will be fully draped at all times.
For Reclamation Sessions, remain fully clothed in soft, comfortable clothing.

🛑 Is this a sexual service?

No. All Chrysalis sessions are non-sexual, trauma-informed, and consent-based. There is no genital or breast touch, and your boundaries are always honored.

🌀 Can I attend a dance event without booking a session?

Absolutely. Events are open to the community. Visit the Calendar for upcoming offerings.
